Stellar Inspection Service, established in 2007 by native New Yorker, George Hansen, offers affordable building inspections throughout New York City and the metropolitan area. Homes, cooperative apartments, condominiums, new construction, and commercial buildings are included; renovated town houses are our specialty.
Inspection results are composed in detailed reports which include recommendations and general estimates for necessary repairs. The reports are emailed within 2–3 business days; hard copies are provided upon request.
Typically, inspections may take 1–2 hours. Costs may range from $400–$900, depending on the size, type of structure, and report specifications.
Although not required, we recommend that clients attend their inspections, so concerns and specific questions may be focused on and addressed.
